Where data is stored
Data is held in Cloudflare D1 and R2. By default Cloudflare chooses the storage location automatically, near where the database is first created; it is not pinned to a country or to the EU/UK. Organizations that must keep data in the EU can ask us to move their deployment to an EU-restricted D1/R2 location — it is a deployment setting, not yet a self-service button.
GDPR
Roles. You are the controller of your content and team data; DisplayMe acts as processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Transfers. Subprocessors outside the EU/UK rely on their published Standard Contractual Clauses (see Subprocessors).
Your rights. Access, correction, export and deletion: ask us, or remove users, media and stores yourself in the admin. Deleting an uploaded file removes it from storage.
Retention. We keep data while your organization is active. Operational history such as uptime records is kept for reporting; ask us for a shorter period if needed.
Breach notice. We will tell affected customers without undue delay, and within 72 hours where we are able to confirm a personal-data breach.
